Training Path and Strategy of Craftsman Spirit in Vocational Colleges

[Abstract] With the rapid development of China's economy, vocational college, as an important part of higher vocational education, has become an important place to cultivate all kinds of craftsman talents. However, there are still many problems in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges, such as the low level of teachers, unreasonable curriculum and so on. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth study on the cultivation path and strategy of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges, puts forward the cultivation path of craftsman spirit based on quality education, focusing on practical education, taking the cultivation of innovative ability as the core, and supported by teamwork, and puts forward the corresponding specific strategies and measures, in order to provide reference for the cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges.
