Open Access (OA) Journal Statement

The journal has fully adopted Open Access (OA) mode to promote the wide dissemination of academic research and allow for accessible knowledge. The following are our statements and commitments:

1．Concept of Open Access

We firmly believe that Open Access is an important force to promote academic progress and knowledge innovation. Through Open Access mode, we are committed to breaking down the barriers under the traditional publishing mode, so that academic achievements can be rapidly and widely disseminated to readers around the world, and academic exchanges and cooperation can be promoted.

2．Publishing Strategy

(1) Open full text: The full text of articles will be available online for free to all users without subscription fee or any other fees.

(2) Immediate release: After a rigorous review process, we will release accepted articles online as soon as possible to ensure the timeliness of the research results.

(3) Permanent archiving: We cooperate with several internationally recognized academic archiving institutions to ensure that all articles can be preserved and accessed for a long time.
