Copyright Terms

 

1．Foreword

The journal is dedicated to promoting the wide dissemination of academic research and free access to knowledge. In order to achieve this goal, we have established the following copyright terms, which are intended to clarify the rights and responsibilities of authors, readers, publishers, and other parties who use the content of our journal.

 

2.      Copyright Attribution

(1) The original copyright of papers submitted to our journal is held by the authors. Authors should ensure that they own the full copyright of the submitted paper or have obtained authorization from the copyright holder.

(2) Authors agree to grant to the journal the non-exclusive rights of publication, distribution, reproduction, dissemination and display of the paper to enable the journal to publish and disseminate the paper in electronic form worldwide.

 

3.      Open Access Policy

(1) The journal follows an open access policy, i.e., once a paper has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication, it will be made available to the global public to read and download in full text free of charge.

(2) Those subject to copyright law can freely copy, distribute, cite and use the papers without paying any fees to the authors or the journal.

 

4.      Restrictions on the use of copyright

(1) Without explicit authorization from the authors or the journal, no one is allowed to use the papers for commercial purposes or any kind of for-profit activities.

(2) When citing or using the paper, author’s name, title of the paper, name of the journal, year of publication, volume and issue and other necessary information should be indicated, and the citation norms in related fields should be followed.

(3) Unauthorized translation, adaptation or derivative works are prohibited. If you want to translate, adapt or create derivative works of the paper, please obtain explicit authorization from the author or the journal in advance.

 

5.      Copyright Statement

(1) When the journal publishes a paper, a copyright statement would be added at the end of the paper or at an appropriate place to clarify the copyright attribution, open access policy and restrictions on the use of the paper.

(2) Authors should confirm their acceptance of the copyright terms at the time of submission, and indicate the copyright statement in their paper.

 

6.      Infringement

(1) If you find any infringement of the copyright, please contact us immediately and provide relevant evidence. We will take measures to safeguard the copyright in accordance with the law.

(2) For the unauthorized use of the papers, we will reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
