    [Abstract] The core of higher education management from the perspective of educational ecology is to build a multi-level, multi-agent and diversified ecosystem to realize sustainable development and quality improvement of higher education. This paper will conduct in-depth research on the basis of ecology theory of higher education management, as well as characteristics, practical exploration, and future prospects of higher education management from the perspective of educational ecology, and explore the theoretical and practical connections between higher education management and ecology, as well as how to promote the internationalization and innovative development of higher education. In short, the research on higher education management from the perspective of educational ecology will help to build an ecosystem, which can meet the requirements of modern social development, improve the quality of higher education, and cultivate more talent resources for the country and society, for higher education management.
